What the hell is the Ambassador Program?
The Wynter Rose Ambassador Program is a group of women who become part of the creative side of Wynter Rose.

They're the people I message when an absolutely ridiculous shoot idea enters my brain. The faces you'll see throughout my work. The ones willing to get dressed up, get messy, try something completely different and occasionally trust me after receiving a message that starts with, "Okay...hear me out."

But somewhere along the way, it stopped being just about creating photos. It became a community.
It usually starts with
"Okay...hear me out."
"What if we set shit on fire?"
"What if we did a sunrise beach shoot in Winter?"
"You're all going to need matching dresses and to jump in the water."
"What if we did the wet studio look?"
"We're gonna be promoting self love, but give it cowgirl hitch hiker vibes."
"We get creative in the studio...with food."
"What if we collabed with a lingerie business?"
"Self love - but make whimsical fairy at the beach."
"I need you to model my client wardrobe for me."

Each ambassador gets their own code to share with friends/family/followers, so that they can get commission based off of how many bookings they create.
The photos are the bonus. The experience is the point.

Actually, I'd rather you weren't.
I don't care about your height, dress size, modelling experience or whether you know what the heck to do with your hands.

I'm looking for personalities.

Women who show up. Women who support other women. Women who aren't afraid to look ridiculous for the sake of a good idea. Women who understand that being an ambassador means being part of something - not just getting photos of themselves.

If you're here purely for freebies, this probably isn't your thing.
YOU WON'T BE IN EVERYTHING
Different concepts need different people. Not being chosen for one doesn't mean you're not valued.
Before you get too excited...
SHOWING UP MATTERS
If you put your hand up for something, I need to able to rely on you. It's a different story if there's a family emergency or your kids are sick, or even if you got called into work - those are understandable!
SUPPORT GOES BOTH WAYS
Being an ambassador means genuinely supporting Wynter Rose and the other woman involved. There is no space for negativity towards myself or the other women. We lift each other up, not tear each other down.
SOME IDEAS WILL BE WEIRD
You are always allowed to say no. Consent and comfort come before the photo/video.
THIS IS A COMMUNITY, NOT A COMPETITION.
Again, we are here to lift each other UP. Not tear each other down. This community is built for women who want to empower themselves and each other.
Come for the photos.
Stay for the people.
Somewhere between the shoots, group chats, events and absolute chaos, strangers become friends.

Applications open ONCE a year.

When you apply, I'm looking for people who genuinely fit the community - not follower counts, modelling experience or who has the prettiest Instagram feed.

If you're wanting to "kickstart" your modelling career - this is a great step, but don't let that be the sole reason you apply.
